The Modern Age — The boys from NYC hit the big time with a performance on this weekend’s Saturday Night Live, hosted by Amy Adams. They played their MTV TRL hit, “A-Punk” as well as “M79″. Video below: “A-Punk” “M79″ Outro The skit where Amy Poehler does Christian from Project Runway was hilarious! (Tranny! Hot Mess! Fiiiieeerrrce!) Amy Adams does a GREAT Heidi Klum.

HYPEFUL — With Spin covers and MTV promos behind them, Vampire Weekend continued their white hot trajectory to super-mega buzz band with an appearance on this past weekend’s Saturday Night Live .
