I had no idea either, but Trek Movie just posted the above clip, and it turns out that ol' Wes Crusher redubbed a few of the random Romulan voices, including the dude who says, "Sir! If we ignite the red matter now...!" at the end of the video. There's a whole story about how Wheaton snuck into the film, but I'll leave that for Trek Movie to tell -- along with his near appearance in Nemesis .
