Don't freak out: The writers' strike is still over. But one positive result is Strike TV , a project where TV writers are debuting new, independent projects online. CEO Peter Hyoguchi says the site will "provide the studios with a risk-free testing ground " that lets some series build audiences before they may go to TV. "It's the first time Hollywood en masse has gone online with original content," he tells the L.A. Times .
