I guess "crappy" may be too harsh a word to use for this bootleg version of the trailer for The X-Files 2 , but I am sure it isn't what 20th Century Fox had in mind when they previewed it at the Paleyfest in Hollywood last night. I assume this will be offline soon and an official version will be debuted at Yahoo! or the Fox owned IGN very soon. However, for now, check out the boot below.

Merrick here... Last night at Paleyfest , Chris Carter showed attendees a new trailer for the forthcoming X-FILES movie. Evidently, someone was ready for it...

I wasn't going to post this because the quality sucks, but everyone keeps emailing it to me, so I guess you really want to see it. Anyway, this is a bootleg of the full-length X-Files 2 trailer (out July 25th).  It's all quick-cuts and doesn't show anything, and the quality's about as good as an ultrasound video.  If we can draw any conclusions from this, it's that, X-Files 2 was shot on location inside Sculley's womb.  You heard it here first, folks.  Oh crap, I forgot to say spoiler alert.

Yesterday at Paleyfest in Hollywood, Chris Carter showed attendees the new X-Files 2 trailer, which we now of course have as a bootlegged YouTube video to pass on to you all. The public version of this is expected to be shown for the first time before Iron Man when it hits theaters on May 2nd. X-Files 2 comes on on the big screen July 25th. Share This ...

Looks like someone managed to sneak a camera into a panel for X-Files 2 and catch the screening of the new X-Files 2 trailer. The teaser certainly doesn’t give much away. I can’t explain why, but I’m really looking forward to seeing this. I have no reason too since the series pretty much went to crap… but I’m excited nonetheless.
